Client: Orkambi Healthcare Professional
Objective: To create a hero image for a new campaign. Orkambi would be using patients in their advertising for the first time.
The image I choose shows what a patient with Cystic Fibrosis typically looks like. She is blowing bubbles to show how the drug can help with air flow, which is a primary symptom of this disease. Some of the bubbles I made to look like chromosome to indicate this is a genetic disease and that although there is no cure, the drug can help ease the patients breathing.
Client: Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd.
Objective: To create marketing materials for a conference lunch-and-learns for healthcare professionals to obtain CME credit.
I created the image in “layers” in photoshop. The bottom layer illustrates where the pollen comes from (plants in nature), the next layer shows pollen molecules, and the top layer displays the various symptoms patients with Allergic Rhinitis suffer from. By using filters to make the photographs look like illustration I was able to match the organic style of the other layers.
Client: Botaneco
Objective: To create key art for trade show convention signage and collateral.
Placing imagery of nature and science into the hexagon shapes conveys the message that Botaneco's products come from nature and are formulated to enhance their skin.
Client: Liberate Health Digital Patient Engagement Tool
Objective: To create an email campaign to get the iPad App in the Dr.’s hands.
I came up with this concept including the messaging. I chose the headline “The Dr. Will See You Now” because the objective of the email is to have the sales representative get face-to-face time with the Doctor. It is also a play on words, that being what a patient hears when sitting in the waiting room. I also added “no appointment necessary” because once the HCP has the App, the sales representative will no longer need to see the Dr., since the app will serve as a portal with all of the latest information. Finally, “There’s an App for That” was a nod to the popular slogan that Apple used in their App Store campaign.
